To commemorate these unfortunate sacrifices and to renew our commitment to safety in our society, a **memorial siren will sound across Seoul** on the day of the 3rd anniversary. 🚨 Do not be alarmed! This is not an emergency alert.
A meaningful time will be arranged to remember the pain of that day three years ago and to honor the victims. The Ministry of Interior and Safety announced that a memorial siren will sound as detailed below, coinciding with the start of the '10.29 Itaewon Tragedy 3rd Anniversary Commemoration Ceremony'.
